The Timebank Team
Powerplant Decision
An Bord Pleanala have refused permission for the construction of a Power plant in Little Island. The Glounthaune and Little Island Community Associations, facilitated by Community Timebank put in a joint submission to An Bord Pleanala asking for permission to be refused. The decision is an example of what can be achieved when different areas in the parish work together.
