Lackenroe Brownies

 

The Brownies follow a programme full of fun which helps them to:

 

·       Become more independent

·       Discover the world around them

·       Learn about the family of guiding to which they belong

·       Take part in activities, including songs and games

·       Teaches team work and sharing

·       Teaches respect of cultures different from their own

·       Encourages self development such as being thoughtful towards others

 

The Brownies mission is to enable girls to develop to their fullest potential as responsible citizens of the world.

 

The Lackenroe Brownies meet each Monday at 4.00 - 5.30pm in the Community Hall in Glounthaune under the guidence of Breda Stack and Nollaig Kennedy. New Brownies are always encouraged to attend.
